How to Use Cordyceps

To obtain the best results from Cordyceps, it is crucial to use it correctly and take it at the appropriate dosage. The following is a detailed guide on how to use Cordyceps.

Brew as tea

This is the most common way to use it:

  1. Place 3 to 5 strands of cordyceps in about 200 ml of hot water.
  2. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. The same batch can be refilled 2 to 3 times.
  4. After drinking, the softened cordyceps can also be eaten.

Cordyceps Powder

If you are using cordyceps powder:

  1. Take 1 to 3 grams of cordyceps powder daily.
  2. Dissolve in warm water, milk, or a smoothie.
  3. Consume in the morning or before exercise.

Add to meals

You can also add Cordyceps to your food:

  1. Add whole or ground cordyceps to soups, stews, porridge, or other dishes.
  2. It can be used in both meat-based and vegetarian recipes.

Athletes and active adults 5 to 10 strands or 2 to 4 grams of powder
Children under 12 years of age 1–2 strands of Cordyceps, or 0.5–1 gram of powder (as directed by a physician).
